Is my data private?
Yes! All your data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We don't collect, store, or track your personal information. The only time data leaves your device is when you generate an AI report, and it's sent anonymously to our AI processing service.
Can you provide medical advice?
No. FitWise is an educational tool only. We cannot and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making any health or fitness decisions.
How accurate are the calculators?
Our calculators use scientifically-validated formulas (like Mifflin-St Jeor for BMR), but they provide estimates based on population averages. Individual results may vary due to genetics, metabolism, and other factors. For precise measurements, consult with a healthcare professional and consider professional testing methods.
Do you offer refunds?
FitWise's core calculators are free to use. If we offer paid features in the future, our refund policy will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Can I use FitWise for commercial purposes?

How can I export my data?
All calculators include export functionality. After generating results, click the "Export" button to download your data in various formats (CSV, TXT, Markdown, or DOC). You can also export your settings from the Settings page.
